This past weekend we were in Seattle for my cousin's wedding. It was an amazing time. I saw all my family whom I haven't seen in years. I had a Pumpkin Spice Latte for the first time and it gave me the bubble guts. Went to the Space Needle and discovered I am more scared of heights than I realized.

For some people, coffee gives them the runs like a mudslide. For me, I get anxious, especially when I start to come down from the caffeinated high. I had engagement photos last weekend, which were fun. (4:29) Also, I went to a Taylor Swift concert with my fiancé. Honestly, it was one of the great experiences I had at a concert. Simply, amazing.

I'm reflecting on my almost 30 years of life with my engagement photos coming up. Back pain and finding the right mattress. Also migraines are occurring. What the heck is going?

I've decided that I'm going to take a chance on an opportunity that has a possibility of changing my life. I want to get rid of my eye bags, need more sleep, and look happier than I appear.

Last Friday, I had the worst tow truck experience. All this happened because I got a flat tire. Let my struggle be an example, always check if your vehicle has a spare tire. I didn't, I assumed vehicles still had spare tires as stock. Don't be like me, be better.

Finally found a doctor and a therapist. Never thought I would go to one but I am curious about the experience. Speaking of experience, remember Justin Timberlake's 20/20 Experience? Yeah? I talk about that album and what it did for me.

Share my frustration with Jack in the Box only being in limited areas on the East Coast. Caffeine makes me anxious and it made realize that I still have some more internal issues to deal with.

Why do we tend to focus on our negative memories? Is pain so traumatizing that it forces you to remember the emotion you felt in that moment? Why did the Jedi say it was bad to use our anger?

I recorded my first YouTube Podcast episode because I wanted to step out of my comfort zone. It was definitely uncomfortable since I don't like the idea of speaking into camera and putting myself out there for the world to see. I also speak about my fiancé's surgery which turned out to be a miracle and how that impacted me emotionally.

Due to technical difficulties I had repost the episode because some parts were cut out. We went to Philadelphia and I think we stayed in a haunted hotel this past weekend, possibly.
